I just realized how many mistypes I had on my last blog. I was so tired to edit. I am tired again today. I was sent an e-mail of videos in chinese about how to cook chinese food. There is like.....jillion videos on this site. I went to it last night and was watching them. Granted, I didn't understand most of what the cook was saying and I wasn't sure what they were cooking and what ingredients were being put into the dish, but I did watch the video. =) Then I had to get up early for a meeting that didn't happen. Then a second meeting which didn't happen. Then...normal day. No funny stories from work today. Was pretty ho hum. I do have a picture of the fruit tarts from the other day. And I think Friday, I'm going to make Mini Key Lime Pies......
